The Therapist
Hi, I am Lindsey. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and Sex Therapist (LPC, NCC) in the state of Georgia. I hold a Master's of Science in Counseling and Rehabilitation. I am currently pursuing certification as a sex therapist through AASECT and a PhD in Clinical Sexology.
In addition to my formal education, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS) and a Certified Problematic Sexual Behavior Professional (CPSBP). I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and often integrate mindfulness, somatic, solution focused, and emotionally focused interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful intervention for processing trauma and emotional distress.
